ABOUT US

With REDSTAFF Medical (Pte. Ltd.) you get more than just first aiders covering your event.

We dedicate ourselves to providing event organisers with the best available dedicated medical team for events. This differs from traditional ambulance-based teams where they may have to leave the event site, putting a pause to all activities. The solutions we offer ensures seamless event safety from start to finish.

Our event medical services offers a higher level of care than standard first aiders, but at a greater adaptability, flexibility, and cost effectiveness than pure ambulance coverage services.

Our event wellness ambassadors keep a watchful eye on potentially troubled participants whilst engaging in your event, remaining discreet and keeping the atmosphere alive.

Have a sporting tournament, school camp, concert, or something never done before that you'd like us to cover? â€‹â€‹â€‹We are an event specialist medical team that keep events uneventful!

HISTORY

REDSTAFF Medical was first amalgated in July 2022 as an all-volunteer medical team providing its services to the events of charities, societies, non-profits, and student organisations.

Our first event was NTU Sports Club's National Vertical Marathon 2022, (pictured) held in a new post-COVID reality where health and safety in events became paramount. With just three initial members, we grew into a Ground Up Initiative with 15 members by mid-2023.

In 2024, we incorporated as an Exempt Private Company to better serve more clients from the private and government sectors, and to ensure our own personnel are fairly remunerated for their contributions in our service. Two years after our formation, we had successfully supported over 50 events with over 30 team members by end 2024!

We remain committed to our mission of "Keeping Events Uneventful," as we continue to support more events with the highest standards of medical care.

EVENT WELLNESS AMBASSADORS

At large events and big gatherings, the excitement can quickly become overwhelming. With large crowds, loud sounds, and tight spaces, participants can easily feel uncomfortable, anxious, or unwell. Approaching a uniformed security officer or our medical team can be intimidating or embarrassing.

PULSE Safety Ambassadors.png

Our Event Wellness Ambassadors offers a comforting presence and a helping hand to those who may need it. They serve as extra eyes and ears on the ground, reaching out to those who may need assistance, and as extra hands providing support during emergencies and evacuations.

We encourage our Ambassadors to mingle around and enjoy the event with your participants, while staying alert for anyone or anything that might seem out of place.
